I can feel a distict difference in my ability to remember small details. Normally I would leave my house and come back a few times to get stuff i needed that I forgot. It feels nice to remember everything I need before driving away. This has to be a normal everyday supplement for me like b-12. Another plus is it has chaga which aids in DNA suppprt/health. The variety of mushroom in this complex i dont need to buy everything seperately-LUV IT!

Noticed a difference
I noticed my clarity has heighten, felt like I maybe coming down with a cold but it dissipated. Will continue to use to see how the long term can be even more effectiv

This product seems to produce the effects it claims, specifically increased mental energy and clarity. Unfortunately, it is hard to say whether that is because of this product, other supplements I started taking, a placebo effect, or something else entirely. The capsules are a tad sticky in the mouth but not too hard to swallow. They seems rather brittle as more than a few broke open slightly in the bottle, creating a small pool of mushroom powder at the bottom. Overall, a good deal for the price, but quality could be improved.
